SnapMailbox was borne out of the desire to improve the virtual mailbox space giving the customers what we wanted - flexibility and reasonable pricing. We wanted to be able to access all of our mail online from anywhere in the world while using a real, private and secure street address and figured others did too.

Earl was very professional, very helpful and very patient since he helped me with so many things.I lost access to my account,he helped me to create new pass and than helped me to scan docs and ship docs to my current physical address. Thanks again and much appreciated Earl,

Today I had to call and close an account snapmailbox told me I couldn't be approved because my license wasn't clear enough for verification over the web. So this Sunday I was charged for a account snapmailbox never gave me. Costing me a returned account fee of 34.00. I called today and snapmailbox told me it wasn't their problem. So this company has cost me 63.99 to not do business with them. Thanks for nothing.
