SnapMailbox was borne out of the desire to improve the virtual mailbox space giving the customers what we wanted - flexibility and reasonable pricing. We wanted to be able to access all of our mail online from anywhere in the world while using a real, private and secure street address and figured others did too.

EARL THE BEST GUY I had an extremely best experience with Snapmailbox, specially with the customer support agent Earl. Few of my mails were received on snap mailbox mail receiving address and those were really important and I needed them in 17th march or else they would be of no use. 15 days passed since the mails were delivered and got dispatched for snap mailbox scanning/uploading department but due to some unusual delays with carier services it tool extremely long. I was in contact with Earl the whole time and he everytime managed to convince me even thought 17th was the last day and me convinced me on that day too. Nevertheless, my mails got arrived on 17th (Friday) at 5:30, so I asked Earl to please get the mails uploaded as fast as you can because working hours have already passed and sat sun will be off. And He amazed me again by getting all 11 of the documents scanned within half an hour. That time Earl earned my respect. He saved my Job. Highly Appreciated ❤

Snap mail is great. There customer service is excellent. Anytime I’ve had questions or concerns they always handle me with care and understanding and resolving any issue in a very timely manner.
