SnapMailbox was borne out of the desire to improve the virtual mailbox space giving the customers what we wanted - flexibility and reasonable pricing. We wanted to be able to access all of our mail online from anywhere in the world while using a real, private and secure street address and figured others did too.

Mail is 2 months old, checks get lost in the mail for months on the way to deposit. They don’t even put your mail into your inbox until you reach out to customer service. Addresses are a PO box and then they forward the mail for processing in Texas, as far as I can tell. Super not transparent about their business practices, slow, shady and just a nightmare to work with. Find another virtual mailbox, I know we are.

All delivered mail items need to be forwarded to our processing facility before they are uploaded to our customers' online accounts and while we understand it causes a little delay when it comes to having access to your mail, this is how our process works for now, but we're definitely working towards improving our services in the future. Confusing site that sneaks charges for daily mail storage with no clear accounting. I was charged storage fees for items I'd long since marked for trash. The "shipping" fees for forwarding mail are excessive and they haven't provided their long-promised Android App to make managing the account easier. Additionally, the address provided will not validate with USPS which means a lot of mail couldn't make it in the first place. I highly recommend against signing up for this site.
