I have been using Smith Thompson Home Security for many years. You just can not beat the price for home security. I did not need all the bells and whistles that other companies push on you with their bundles. I knew what I needed. A friendly no hassle company. Go out and compare prices and you see that Smith Thompson can't be beat.

We are very happy to join Smith Thompson Home Security. My brother has been telling us about his long-term experience with them, and the monthly rate charge is so much less than what we have been paying Brinks Home Security for the last 30 years for the same service we now have with Smith Thompson. Their customer service person (Brittany) with whom I spoke was very friendly and helpful, and the service technician (Sean S.) was most helpful and friendly as well. Today the tech was at our home to install upgraded equipment to our security alarm. He was here early within the window of time that was scheduled. He was very professional and completed the job within 15 minutes. Very pleased with Smith Thompson home security.

Thank you much! There are several really good companies in the DFW area, but since we are fiercely independent and do everything in house, we really try harder. Very important things, like our 24 hour monitoring, are not sub contracted out, which is very common in our industry.
