For 42 Years now, Smith Thompson Security respects your freedom and your wallet. While other wireless companies lock you into contracts with high monthly fees and slow service, we want you to stay because you want to, not because you're forced to. That is our motivation to always serve your family with friendly, fast, and affordable alarm monitoring. We have never increased our $16.95 monitoring rate, ever! And we also offer the best flat rate of $ 29.95 for Home Automation Systems.

Smith Thompson was great about getting my old alarm system from 2002 set up and running with modern equipment. I had a glitch after the install and they sent a tech out the next day and fixed the problem no charge. I am really happy with the price and the service! Cody Johns

We relocated to Montgomery County Tx. in Sept. 2016. I read many reviews and decided on Smith/Thompson Security. My first call was to inquire and set up installation. The tech arrived on time, professional and very personable and had us up and running in no time. My husband set the alarm off a few days later accidentally and we received a call within five minutes. We are extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of this company compared to previous experiences.

Smith Thompson came highly recommended to us by a neighbor and co-worker. Both have been extremely happy and satisfied with the company, it's service and cost. We were very happy with how quickly they could schedule our install and how professional the technician was. We will definitely recommend Smith Thompson to our friends, family, and neighbors!

We made the switch from ADT when our rate continued to increase. So glad we did. Smith Thompson is easy to schedule and fits our budget very nicely. Great customer service.

As a single woman living alone in an older home, Smith Thomson home security has made me feel safe. The installer was incredibly helpful, friendly and took the time to explain every I needed to know about my security system. Not only that but my payments are cheaper than the last company I used. I am so glad I made the switch!

We decided to use Smith Thompson as our home security because all of our neighbors used them! After they sent out a technician, I understand why all of the people around us use them. The technician was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. The technician was friendly and trustworthy. Overall, I enjoy having Smith Thompson and will continue to use them.

We recently switched from 20 years of ADT to Smith Thompson. Our install went awesome. Shawn was on-time, extremely polite, informative, and very personable. We have only had service for a week, but it seems to good to be true so far. We are very pleased and wish we had that extra $40 a month we had been sending to ADT for the past 20 years.
