I am totally pleased with your company. Thank you Shawn for having great customer service and knowledge of my system. He answered all of my questions and walked us through all of the settings. It's also great that we have NO CONTRACT & LOW PAYMENTS!! I will refer my friends and family.

We are very pleased with the recommendation we got to choose Smith Thompson as our alarm monitoring company. Our initial conversation convinced me 100% that this was the company for us: no pressure just friendly information and Kevin was very professional in going through the know-hows and hands on instructions... will definitely recommend Smith Thompson to my firmada and relatives. Thanks Kevin Thanks Smith Thompson

Setting up with Smith Thompson was a surprisingly pleasant experience. It look less than 24 hours from calling the company to having them come over and finish setting up. The technician that came to setup was kind enough to explain and demonstrate how everything worked. There were some problems with alignment of the sensors when the house was built, and the technician quickly fixed them. Response time is prompt, in my experience. I have forgotten to turn off the alarm a few times before opening doors, and I have received calls in less than 30 seconds.

We have really enjoyed Smith Thompson Security over the past few months. Customer service has been great, the installation process was seamless, and we have referred our friends and family. Cost is much more efficient with SMith Thompson compared to other alarm systems. And they are very dependable. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had Smith Thompson's Home Security for a few years now, never encountered any problems. Great customer service, with a caring and courteous voice on the line whenever I accidentally set off the alarm. Which triggers a call from the monitoring center with a response time that is second to none. A very fair and comfortable price for an excellent service. Also payments are quarterly rather than monthly, which is another added convenience. Solid, economical, and highly recommended security – thanks!!!

Wow. Just wow. I had an excellent experience in getting an existing alarm set up with this company. The initial phone call and quote was a breeze and when the technician arrived, he stayed true to the quote and got me fixed up quickly. The technician was on time and knowledgeable and the monthly fees beat anyone around. I highly recommend this company!
