Smooth, informative installation process. House has a lot of windows, but they were all covered thanks to the various offers at no extra charge. Installer was patient, courteous, and friendly with my mother-in-law who struggles a little with technology. I was pleased with the results.

We had an outdated Brinks system being monitored by a Smith competitor. We did research and after much negotiation, retained the service of Smith Monitoring. Our installation was flawless, no problems. We thank Mark for his assistance!!!
