We recently set up new service and were impressed with the new equipment which replaces the older standard type of alarms. Everything is digital, and can be easily monitored through our phone.

Sam the technician was here on time. The installation took less than 2 hours. When the install was completed, he explained the system and how to use it. Very easy! He made sure that I was comfortable with the system before leaving. Glad to get away from the old landline system. I would definitely recommend Smith. Thanks Sam!!!

I've had ADT which was never set up correctly or worked correctly. I recently cancelled my contract with ADT, and began looking around for a new security company. Smith Monitoring was "recommended" online with 5 stars and so far, all is great!
