My tech, Carlos M., showed up at my house in Houston on time and with a smile on his face. He was able to walk me through all of my concerns and came up with solutions on the spot. He was knowledgeable of the contract and contract terms and was able to explain everything. His training on the new equipment was very good. Because of the care I received today from Carlos, I have confidence that choosing Smith Monitoring was the right move for my family.

Donovan with Smith Monitoring was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The appointment was kept on time right in the window they said it would be and it was finished up in no time. He explained my system and it's ready to go. I would definitely recommend Smith to anyone looking for a security system.

The tech (Pete) was great.....He went over the system and answered any questions we had. He was very pleasant and fun to talk with. I recommend Smith Monitoring to anyone....The service and price is great.....The service I signed up for was more than what I needed, the tech recommended what I needed and it was actually cheaper. Thanks again for the great service

Pete arrived on time and reviewed every aspect of the system and options with us. He took his time and made sure that we understood everything we were signing, the cost and options and how it would be installed. His work was quick and clean. Overall great experience.
