Pete King installed our alarm system. He was really friendly and efficient. He had a fun sense of humor and was very helpful in educating us about the system. Yesterday an hvac came to the house and our dog almost tried to kill him, but Pete had the dog at ease the whole time. I trust her opinion of strangers above my own sometimes. He is clearly a good guy and a pro at his job.

I had no problem, Roger arrived right on time, installed the system and walked us through the whole thing.

The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. Give me important tips about monitoring. Did a superb job. Was very polite.
