Service and installation was prompt and on time. They even came later so that I could be there for the walk through; i had work. They were clean and quick, the tech walked us through the system and its features.

I finally can say I feel safe!! This system allows me to feel safe almost anywhere with all its bells and whistles!!! and its remote services. Jeremy did a great job explaining, setting up, and making sure I could handle this system myself - thank you so much!!!!

I contacted Smith alarm system to set up a new service. The representative was helpful and courteous. The technician, Jeremy, came the next day. He installed the system and the company honored the price the representative gave me regarding a motion detector. Before leaving Jeremy made sure I was logged on to the websites and walked me through everything. The smart home security will have more uses than just security; I'll be able to give people who need access(ie dog sitter, guests, housekeeper) different codes so I know when they come and go.

This is a great company to do business with I really recommend it. My tech Jeremy was knowledgeable and courteous.

Pete was outstanding! He did a great job explaining our new system and how to use it. I am very happy with the set up and he was able to recommend the best camera's and placement for our home.

The installer hardly spoke English and did not communicate well. No follow-up call to check on service or installation. The company contacted me at least 4 times to make sure I was not canceling the initial appointment. Not sure if the system works. Already had police come out because the movement monitor was too sensitive. Not sure how long I will stay with service.
