I had been dealing with ADT for one week before calling Smith. I spoke with Sam. He listened to my questions and concerns. He was very efficient with the entire process. I had to get installed long distance (I am out of state) but after a minor hiccup I was set up. Dan and dawn came to the house the next day. Within 24 hours I was good to go. I think this is a great start. Anyone who has dealt with ADT understands what an ordeal that can be. So far I am very pleased. Love the ability to monitor from my phone. And the email alerts.

Love the fact that there is a handy little remote to use with the system in addition to the wall box unit. Employe spent extra time to explain things to me and made it easy without rushing me.

Got a good deal on the new wireless system. New installation and equipment fees were free and first two months also free.
