Could not have been easier. This was the only place interested in the type of Galaxy I had. If I find myself with another phone to dispose of I'll not hesitate to come here again.

Overall, a very simple process. I called to find out how to logout from my icloud.com account with my broken phone. Staff was very helpful. My only critique was USPS - they were amazingly slow. Took almost two weeks to ship a phone from Arizona to Iowa.

I was reluctant to do this 'by mail' transaction with an unfamiliar company, but after much research I went ahead. It all went fine. There was no bs about my phone not being as I described it or any other problems.They did exactly what they said they'd do and I just deposited a valid, solid check in my bank.
