We were not advised of port change in Japan. Cost us a huge runaround and $200 for a cab. Otherwise OK if you are American. If you're Canadian hard to get the Canadian pricing. Better dealing directly with the cruise line in my opinion

Thank you for your feedback. Completing the required online check in process with the cruise line should ensure you would receive notifications of any changes. We do strive to provide extra value to our clients by offering additional onboard credit on top of any cruise line offers. Even after the price of you cruise dropped after final payment and the cruise line would not make any adjustments for you, as a repeat client, we gave you even more onboard credit.
