Excellent for Small Business. No hidden fees, no highway robbery. Communication is fast, easy and courteous. The web interface is a bit outdated and lacks some information, but nothing major or critical. I love SBB!

What impresses me about SBB isn't so much the good account terms and features -- and they are. It's how they handle things when something outside the usual takes place. SBB has a great personal touch with their customer service, and I heartily recommend them.

This is the best solution and bank I have found for small business. Exactly the account and online transaction options that I need, and reasonable fees for wire transfers. I have 2 of my businesses now banking with SBB.

Unfortunate I can't change my mailing address and the app is horrendous...it never works!! Everything else has been wonderful.
