Dear Tiffany, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! Many different variables can alter exactly how long the battery life will last. For example if you are listening to the product on the highest volume, you will only receive closer to 6-8 hours of playback. We highly suggest listening to the product at a medium volume level as a high level could cause hearing damage if used for several hours. We have also found that certain apps cause the Bluetooth® module to have a shorter battery life. We have also found listening to music preloaded on your device will give you the 10 hour battery life as opposed to streaming music. Please know that all your orders are still covered through our one year warranty. Dear Clint, Our sincerest apologies that you are not satisfied with your purchase! With headphones that are worn for many hours a night, durability is crucial. We are constantly making updates and improvements to our products not only to suit the needs of our customers but also to keep up with the progression of technology. Our Product Design Team is continually researching how we can improve the quality of our products through technological advancements. As a growing company we continue to strive for improvements in this area because we know many of our customers rely on the products on a nightly basis to provide adequate sleep. In regards to the speakers moving around, having a snug fitting headband will prevent the headband from sliding and the speakers from moving out of place. We would be more than happy to exchange the headband for a different size if you would like through our warranty program! Concerning the app, please know if you have an Apple device we offer an app called SleepPhones® The Beginning which can be found in the App Store. We would also suggest White Noise Lite by TM Soft, which can be downloaded for Apple or Android devices. Please know we also have a 30 day return for refund policy for the cost of the product excluding shipping fees. To exchange the headband or to return the product for a refund, please send the product in with our Warranty / Return Request Form. Dear Giancarlo, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced!We are more than happy to provide you with troubleshooting tips to perform. First, please "forget the device" and remove all AcousticSheep® listings on your device and turn off the Bluetooth® setting. Next, power on the Bluetooth® module by holding the middle square button down for 5 seconds. Once the module is on then hold the top and bottom arrow buttons in at the same time for 10 seconds or until you hear two long beeps (this will reset the module). Next, power off the module by holding the middle square button down for 5 seconds. Now you are ready to restart the paring process! Power on the Bluetooth® module by holding down the middle square button until you hear an ascending 3 ring tone followed by a series of double beeps (the beeps are an indication that the module is in pairing mode). The beeps will last for only 10 seconds, but the device will remain in pairing mode until it is paired. When the module is in pairing mode, you will notice a fast blinking red light. Next, go into the Bluetooth® settings on your device and turn on Bluetooth®. If you are pairing the product to an Android® device, please be sure to check the box to search for nearby devices and then press scan. You will then see AcousticSheep® appear, simply click on it to establish the connection. When the SleepPhones® Wireless is paired with the device of your choice, you will notice that the fast blinking red light then changes to a much slower blink (to indicate that it's paired or connected). When pairing to additional devices or a second device it's crucial to hold the middle, square power button down until you hear the ascending 3 ring tone followed by the continuous beeping. You may need to temporarily disable Bluetooth® on first device you paired to, since the SleepPhones® or RunPhones® Wireless is designed to pair with the last device it was paired to.
