Person on the other end of the line goes out of her way to help you and, makes you realize you're dealing with a Pro human being. Someone with kindness , who builds bridges and , never gives up helping you until achieving your goal. I call it 100% customer satisfaction.

This is the WORST experience of all time! I spend over $1200 for a CPAP Machine. The strap broke after 3 days. The pillows did not fit. I was asked multiple time to send pictures of the broken items before they would even think about a replacement. I will report the to the BBB and any organization that will listen to me.

Finding the right mask can often be the most difficult part of starting CPAP therapy, and I'm sorry to hear that, on top of that, you received a defective item. Very easy to order, fast delivery, and home test was easily accomplished with simple to follow instructions. Also, customer service promptly answered any questions I had.
