I use two of them at home since 7 years a go. They are the best oxigen Concentrator that last, with out practilly any reparation at all. I’m very satisfied With them and easy to move around.

The water chamber I received is great quality and it shipped right on time as they promised. Customer service was courteous and helpful.

Shipped very quick - but UPS dropped the ball - they lost the package for 3 or 4 days. I called Sleep Direct and they informed me that if I didn't receive the so clean machine in three business days that they would send me a new one. I was really pleased with their response.
