Beats washing the cpap

I purchased a SoClean unit on the internet. The price was good, there was an offer for a free adapter, so I accepted that and purchased another adapter for my wife's machine which is different from mine. The unit arrived and 1 adapter, which they charged me for. I called and advised that I would dispute the credit card payment if the free adapter wasn't sent. They offered to do so. It arrived approx 5 days later. I then noticed my credit card was charged over $6.00 for shipping. I considered disputing it, as they made a purchase WITHOUT my approval. I have not done so, and don't want to take the time to do so. I thought this rating was more important to do. I know shipping items cost money. Had they sent it with the original purchase, there would not have been a charge, or at least very minimal. The product is good, the price was good, but the unauthorized payment from my account is unacceptable. Because of this, I would not recommend this company because of their tactics. I am in business and would not think of doing what they did to my customers, who I hope will come back again and again. Wow, as I read on, they expect you to agree to a book full of terms to do this review!!!

Very satisfied doing business with this company

After placing my order I received the Soclean within five days. Have not used this yet. Based on the e-mails from SleepDriect I feel that ordering through you gives me the support needed now and in the future.

Loved this pillow. I had been skeptical to try it. My son was here and I let him try the pillow and he bought one too. I'm sold on them.
