Shopping on SleepDirect has been a very positive experience. I experienced great product, great price, great discounts and great customer service with my purchase. I requested a special adapter for my specific CPAP during the wee hours of a weekend night (via email). To my amazement, SleepDirect had someone on duty to respond to it immediately so the part was was shipped with minimal pre-shipment delay. I was wowed!

do not keep word. Supplies late........held up by doctor to provide necessary paperwork.Last supplies in Jan 2019. Just received supplies Saturday, 8 June. No head gear.. suppose to get 1 every 6 months. service not dependable....

Glad that we dealt with sleep direct. Ordered the SO Clean and it came promptly on the day they said it would. Easy to set up and use. Great product and the price was so much cheaper than buying it through a local medical supply store.
