I received an immediate response...called at 5 or 6 pm east coast and they shipped my order same day as soon as I scanned my Rx to them. Great advice on which mask to use, and I love it and the new machine which I bought for travel...haven't used to old one (only 1 year old) even after I got home!

I have been searching for some time for the SoClean. I did a google search and found SleepDirect. I was impressed with the low price for a great product. I was equally impressed that I could find an adapter for my ResMed machine that I could not find anywhere. The combination of products was precisely what I needed.
