Easy, quick and problem free transaction

I didn't realize how dirty my machine was, even though I was cleaning my mask everyday with Ivory soap. My lungs always felt a little raspy, like a smokers, though I am not a smoker, for a long time. I've been using my So Clean for a couple of weeks, and I wake up to no more raspy lungs in the morning. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is hooked up to CPAP, every night. I am going to surprise a friend and get one for him.

I ordered a new CPAP machine and needed to set it up. I found instructions on the internet to enter prescriber setup, set ramp time to zero, and set my therapeutic pressure. When I turned on the unit, it seemed to operate at the minimum default pressure, which was far too low for me. I called customer support and was connected with the technician who sets up machines on their end. He was very helpful. Turns out that the machine "ramps" even when ramp time is set to zero. It just does so in a very short period. I was instructed to set the minimum ramp pressure at its highest level (1 cm below my therapeutic pressure). The unit works perfectly. I am happy with it, and very happy with customer support.
