A little confusion when ordering by phone. However, still went well and the product arrived quickly. I am very satisfied with the product during my one week trip.

I was looking for a travel CPAP machine and called several on-line vendors. Sleep Direct was by far the most knowledgeable and helped me determine what machine to get by answering every question clearly. I worked with Phil who was terrific. I placed my order and it was processed and delivered quickly and without any problems. I had a couple of follow-up questions after using the machine and received emails with the information I needed almost immediately.

Great service overall. The selection was solid as well.

Of course I get testy with no weekend service but they answered readily on Monday morning. And I think they personally drove it to my house it got here so quick. I reserve 5 stars for those I have done a lot of business with and proved their worth. But don't hesitate to call these guys if they got what you need at the right price. They definitely took care of business with me!

Easy to order, prompt delivery. No hassle.

I ordered a SoClean2 and received it a day ahead of the promised date. Also, I was able to call Customer Service and with regards to the adapter that came with the machine (for free!) and got an instant answer. Also, the machine was almost $30 cheaper than Amazon! I would not hesitate to buy from SleepDirect again :)
