Read about the So-Clean on line and knew I needed one because my CPAP would make me sick. Started to look on line for prices and came across SleepDirect.com. I had never heard of them but their prices were $30 plus cheaper than anyone else, had free shipping and a free adapter for my CPAP (usually $25). I took a chance and order it. It arrived when they said it would and I absolutely love it. SleepDirect was great throughout the whole process and also sent follow up emails to see if I was satisfied. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

it would be nice if you could put the black tubing in where it could remain permanently but that is not possible if you need to fill the water chamber

I find that SleepDirect is an easy company to deal with. Their employees are knowledgeable, their service is great and they ship quickly! I will be a repeat customer!

I had ordered an adapter that I thought I needed but when I put the machine together I noticed that I didn't need it. I emailed the customer service to stop the order and the customer service person, stopped the shipment, canceled the order and called me to confirm. She went through extra steps to help and I greatly appreciated it. I would do business with them again.
