The person who took my order request was very courteous and efficient. I got my package in about 4 days. After receiving my equipment and trying to hook up the little black tubing that fits on to a glass tube and fighting with it because it wouldn't fit, I called back and was helped by a very helpful woman who said the tubing had been changed to a different size and told me how to cut and fit it. She was VERY patient.
