I was helped by customer service when I purchased the incorrect item. They sent me a post paid label and helped me pick the item I needed.

I am so happy with the So Clean to go machine. It fits well in the space I have. It was easy to set up with clear directions. I bought the electric plug -in too. This was easy to install and works great. I can switch to batteries on a trip if needed. I bought the matching cover to my water chamber. It came ready to be connected to the So Clean system so that made putting all the pieces together easier. I was happy I had ordered ahead for the 2 parts that need to be replaced. All together, I am delighted with this system. I am very pleased to have a clean cpap daily.
