My order came quickly and was accurate. They processed the payment quickly through my FSA card and updated me along the way to let me know when my package was arriving. Would order again and recommend them to others

Purchased a ResMed Mini travel c-pap machine. It came with a default nostril map, even though I requested a mask similar to the mask I use with my full size machine at home. I then bought a full size mask from SleeepDirect. I took this mask out of the packaging to discover that it doesn't fit the Mini. I filed a negative review of SleepDirect due to my frustration with not disclosing that certain ResMed masks do not fit the Mini. Greg the GM with SleepDirect called me ASAP in response to my review and flew into action. He sent overnight the correct Mini mask. He deducted the charge for the wrong mask. He was incredibly pleasant and forthright. It is my belief that the fault was with ResMed for not disclosing on their branded materials that mask fit requirements for Mini. I an a very happy and returning SleepDirect customer now.
