customer service Customer service is awesome. I sent a e-mail that my cpap machine was making a low humming sound asked if their was anything I could do to fix it. I got a quick response that asked for the s/n # of cpap machine. The next e-mail said a new machine was on its way. It arrived 2 days later. Very satisfied customer
