Received my machine really quickly. Paul Brown and Lisa have been really helpful. From start to finish, the process of getting the new card terminal set up was really easy. Communication was excellent and any questions I had were answered.

Karen has been fantastic at number crunching to get us the best deal for our new card machines. Implementation went smoothly, Karen lives locally so was able to pop in and set the machines up in both our branches. She's at the end of an email or phone for any query we have. It's so nice to talk to a person not a call centre. Very quick and hassle free transfer over to the new machines. Machines are so easy to use too.
