His dedication makes my job significantly easier, and he consistently goes above and beyond to support me.

Karen, was absolutely amazing talking me through the setting up process over the phone, and quickly answered a couple of questions I had a day or so later So nice to talk to a human being! Thanks again Karen ❤️

Machine is brilliant. Service excellent and Carl is efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Great service from Carl and Pablo. Carl is always checking in on us and at the end of the phone if ever we need anything. Really happy customer both with product and service!

Been with them a few months and everything excellent so far. I’d never heard of them so was a little reluctant to begin with. Thanks to Carl for looking after us 👌

Reese Martin: Blaisdell came into my business attempting to sell me a POS system. While I attempted to let her know I’d possibly be interested in a demo later, she would talk over me the whole time and was very erratic. Fast forward a few weeks later and she came back to my business insisting my online ordering wasn’t working. So, then proceeded to order at the counter. After some more odd behavior and conversation She insist that I got her order incorrect “although I repeated the order to her prior to taking payment”. I offered her a refund and as she was leaving She commented again about my online service then left a very strange review on my business in which she attacked me personally. She called me weird, condescending and fake; as well as insulted the interior of our business. Then she even went to the parking lot to take a picture behind my car for said review, which has logos to my business on it. I find this very strange, a bit alarming and frankly very unprofessional. This all took place on 7/29/25 in Chandler, AZ. I refunded her the drink she said she didn’t order and she’s not welcome in my establishment going forward. I would’ve considered looking at your POS system had a reasonable person talked to me about it, but each time she came in her behavior was more and more bizarre as well as extremely unprofessional. I just thought you should be made aware and let her know her approach is, shall we say, may not be the best for sales.
