I never do reviews but these guys were amazing. I ordered the casket on a Monday. I asked for a Thursday delivery. The funeral got moved up in the week and I needed it in Idaho by Wednesday. They made shipping changes and got it there with just 2 days notice. I also asked for a print of a painting to be added to the lid. I sent them a jpeg photo of the painting. It turned out so good that most people thought it was the real oil painting. The casket was knotty pine and the workman ship was great. Super service, easy to work with!

Sky Caskets privided professionalism through the selection and delivery process. The contractual services were as stated. Delivering the casket within 24 hours. The savings of buying the casket allowed the family to focus attention on love ones. I hope the services will not needed in the future but I would definitely recommend the product and services to family and friends. S. Crump

Customer service was great. The casket was beautiful, delivered exactly when scheduled. I was told by the funeral director that he was a bit hesitant in regards to online casket companies...he was delightfully surprised by the quality and price we were given. The funeral home had an identical casket to the one we purchased at a much higher cost. We saved over $2200! Very happy with our decision to purchase the casket from this company. I will note, I called several casket companies prior to calling Sky and was unhappy with all of them. This is a good choice.
