I purchased a casket for my aunt who transitioned last year . I resided in NC and my aunt had lived in NYC. The entire process from the ordering to delivery was seamless. It was easy to navigate the site and find caskets in my price range. I left a message about expedited shipping on a Friday evening and still got a call back within minutes. We needed the overnight shipping and they got it to us in plenty of time. The casket we chose would have been more than double the price if we had purchased it from the mortuary. I am a pessimist as well as a skeptic. I spoke with Matthew and was pleased with his calming demeanor. The purchase was extremely easy. I could not sleep until the casket arrived, and it was beautiful. It was the perfect color and made my entire family proud.
