Sky caskets gave me great customer service and care in the casket order for my son. I greatly recommend them to everyone in your bereavement time. They showed us much care and empathy. They gave us the best prices when the funeral homes gave overcharged prices for the same casket. Thanks Sky Casket your service and kindness was greatly appreciated!!!

This smooth fast talking operator in the Bronx managed to overcharge me when my uncle died suddenly. The $1095 went up to $1992. He claims the charges were for shipping and taxes. The website states taxes are only charged in Utah and when I called I was told that shipping was free! Stay away from these crooks.

Dear customer, we are sorry you feel the way you do. You stated that the "website states taxes are only charged in Utah". That claim is false. Our website does not state anything like that. There are many factors that go into shipping caskets. Each order is different based on where you are located, how soon you need it delivered, accessorial charges from the funeral home, etc. We would be happy to go over the charges with you if you would like. Please give us a call so we can discuss. We do not want any unhappy customers. We try our best to serve and help families in their time of need.
Thanks to the team at SkyCaskets for helping to alleviate both the emotional and financial stress and for delivering a unique, beautiful casket to celebrate my loved one’s life. They were courteous and conscientious, to the point of calling me to confirm the delivery.

Excellent choices. You decide, instead of funeral home sales person leading you to higher priced models. Fast delivery! Would highly recommend to family & friends. Purchased 20 Gauge Our Lady of Guadalupe

It was a pleasure doing business, not only did you save us money, you also kept us from being ripped off by the funeral home. Thank you.

Road Trip. I was driving from Missouri to Los Angeles, California with my actively dying Mother trying to get her back home. During this drive I was ccoordinating over the phone while my friend was driving to purchase a casket for my Mother. Sky Caskets was very helpful with assisting me with buying the casket, I picked and letting me know that when needed it would be delivered in a timely manner. Once my Mother made her transition I just gave a call to Sky Caskets with the information of the funeral home and they delivered Mom's casket that same day. It was the most efficient part of the whole ordeal. Thanking Sky Casket for their compassion, efficiency and selection of caskets. Blessings

We were very pleased with the purchase of the casket for My Mother. When I called them up they were very nice. When we saw the casket at the funeral home we were very happy it was just perfect and exactly what we picked for her.
