The attentiveness from customer service was absolutely unmatched. They called me to make sure that the address was correct given it was such an expensive item, they made sure to cover any Sonos markings on the package so my boyfriend wouldn't see (it was a gift) and they shipped it incredibly quick! My friend ordered the same item directly from Sonos the day before I ordered mine and is still waiting for hers to arrive. Mine arrived in two days.
