Although still have a way before everything is interconnected (2 Nss-9's, Structure-Scan Module and transducer, and Total-scan transducer with new Simrad radio), The service and followup has been outstanding. Excellent products, Excellent tech support. Called with highly technical questions about their system networking. The support person literally connected their bench equipment to test and verify the results and the possibilities I had in question. Now that is customer care.

Unfortunately, Simrad is very poor at responding to support emails. They are uniformly slow; sometimes not responding at all. I've had my tickets closed prematurely as well. The responses I've received have been only occasionally helpful; sometimes they've bordered on inane. I've been told by support techs, accurately, that if you want support from Simrad, call them on the phone. Even getting through the hold queue is better than the email expericence
