Went to Simrad website to order a sun screen. Used the chat icon and typed the dimensions of the sun screen I’m needing to replaced. He gave me a link to the screen I needed and placed my order. Upon receipt of screen, it was the wrong one. Having to mail back and reorder.

Hello, I've reviewed your order and I see your order was stopped by our fraud protection services. I can see that your order was affected although it should not have been. I want to apologize to you for this, and I hope you visit us again in the future.
Very informative but failed to listen. I requested a part number for a comparable transducer for my GO7. Turns out the part recommended was for the newer GO7XSE

Put 18k in all new 2 evo3 12”s, 10kw open array. Ap44 Pilot April/2018. long story short it’s been one thing after another from Ethernet cable 1st, then one of units kept blowing a fuse and now the autopilot pump.. and still have not received one of the rebate cards for one of the units.. cannot get an email or return call from anyone at simrad was told it would be 3-4 weeks for them to Check the pump to see if they were gonna cover it!! Told me I could by another $800 dollar pump if didn’t want to wait!!! This was all installed by a certified simrad dealer and I’m having to pay shop labor each time I take it in!! I have emails and text for days from installer, rep, and simrad all giving me the runaround passing blame from one to the next.. it’s bad enough that I’m having problems but even worse that “SIMRAD” is not helping at all... Hopefully this helps someone before they make the same mistake I did!

website was harder than normal to use on Chromebook. Gave up and ordered products on Dell desktop instead.

I have had an issue with a part I bought for about a month. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have been given the same solutions and few times and it continues to not work. Now I cant get a response.

Purchased a Lowrance Hook2 Bracket Swivel Adapter through your website. I received very poor communications, poor response to inquiry, and the item arrived defective... would not swivel at all to allow for mounting.
