I ordered a bracket for my depth finder on Saturday evening and received a new one by the following Wednesday ,allowing me to go fishing the following Saturday.Could not ask for faster servive

I needed a small chart plotter that would flush mount into my console. No other accessorys are needed to flush mount but an optional neoprene gasket is available. Recent Plotters I have purchased I was not able to see in bright sun, this one I can! I highly recommend this Plotter

Obviously revenue first, customer second. I have a very low hour (30) GO GPS/FF that has ceased to function correctly. Contacted support and was told: 1) out or warranty (of course) 2) $50 bench test fee no matter what 3) $185 minimum repair fee, plus shipping and tax 4) mandatory selection and prepayment for replacement unit in the case it can't be repaired So in other words they were potentially looking for several thousand dollars from me before even giving me a return authorization! Furuno has better stuff and service anyway so see you later Simrad!

We're so sorry to hear that our out of warranty 5 year upgrade program wasn't satisfactory. It's not as good as the warranty, but we wanted to still have an option available to try to care for our customers even after the warranty has expired. We're sending an email to see if there's anything we can do to help. We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience.
