been trying for 4 years to get my down scan,side scan to work and after numerous calls it is still not working

Hi, Willie. We see you had previously written in about using Chirp and StructureScan with your NSS Evo2. Unfortunately, the NSS Evo2 does not support StructureScan and Chirp at the same time. You would need to stop your Chirp to use the StructureScan. If that's not what you were referring to, or if you need further assistance, please contact us a [email protected].
Overall the purchase experience was very good and the product appears to be as advertised. I say appears because I have not used it yet. I called to enquire about what was loaded on the device (Cruise 9) before I purchased and was really not given an answer other than you got to use it to see if it covers my area. That response as a bit of a surprised.

The antenna is late it should have been delivered friday via Fedx. Fedx delivery manager has it in transit but no new delivery date.

I ordered the incorrect transducer and I’ve made 5 attempts to reach you to resolve. It’s been 3 weeks and no response. Doesn’t seem like you have a customer service department.
