I needed an RF 25 N, rudder reference. I ordered it from a local source, but they couldn't, didn't provide the part or any information. I got tired of waiting and went on line. Simrad said it was in stock. I was skeptical, but ordered anyway. Then I sent an email saying that It is supposed to be in stock. If not cancel. They responded immediatly it shipped. I received it the next day. I couldn't be happier.

Got a replacement cover for a GO XSE. It was the most confusing and confounded experience you will ever endure. Nothing is straight forward. They don't explain you have to know screen size and mounting before selecting the cover. Much like other reviews it was not a good experience. The cover I got is a sloppy fit but most lively because it is not exactly correct. Seems to me when you sell a product the SPECIFIC manual should come with it not some catch all booklet. For a name like Simrad I think they can do better....
