My team was super friendly and accommodating. They arrived after my time slot (but hey, it's moving day for everyone!) which I understood, and when they arrived they were very efficient, helped me break down some of my furniture and helped me reassemble. It was a move with several stops, a little complicated, and in midtown Manhattan on a business day. Ricardo & his team couldn't have been more accommodating... keeping in touch with us via cell phone very step of the way. they were very patient with us, especially my son, as this was his first solo move with movers, and there was definitely a learning curve for him. I'll definitely use them again when the need arises.
