This is the 2nd order I have placed with Shop4seats. Outstanding craftsmanship. Items made as promised. Also outstanding customer service. Thank you Richard Valdez for helping us get a new table top so promptly.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Shop 4 Seats for or Discovery MH. I have been working with Anna and it has also been a pleasure. Looking forward to purchasing more seats from them in the future.

I went to the showroom in La Habra in need of a dinette for my RV. Clara did a great job of matching the color. I was able to process my order during the same visit. Great company to work with. Thank you Nicholas Steward

Can't go any lower, but it should. I was told that it would be here by the first week of June, then moved to the 15th. The 15th came and went.... three calls later, told it would be here by the 26th. Now not arriving. The customer service rep was to call three times, never called. The phone reps don't have any power to do anything but give you the run around. I would plan on closer to 10 weeks with a prayer for deliver. After reading all of the reviews, I would gander that they actually are family and friends and not really customers. The customer service representative never calls you back.

I was sincerely hoping to have a great experience with Shop4Seats. Good reviews and the products I needed had me convinced. But is wasn't to be. On May 9, I contacted Alec in Sales, excited to configure the furniture for my complete RV renovation. We worked out a good deal, using leather as an option for the dinette. It took 5 days for Alec to get back to me with approvals for the order, but he finally sent me a quote. When I called back, ready to place my order, Alec was on vacation. I spoke with Anna, who told me that Alec was not authorized to make the change we'd agreed to, and that the price would be higher. She told me to call Alec back the next week, but she said she talked to a manager and at least my delivery date would be locked in, since so much time had passed (this was now mid-June), and I need the furniture by late July. I called back on Monday to speak with Alec, who told me that Anna wasn't authorized to lock the delivery date, and that yes, the adjustment to my price would now be 2x what he'd quoted. I asked to speak to a manager as by this time I was very frustrated and concerned about this confusion and run-around. I spoke with Patricia, a manager, who confirmed that indeed there was nothing they could do about the error on their quote. I told her that the change was too high and wasn't there something she could do to help me. I REALLY wanted to make this work - I just wanted to BE A CUSTOMER. She did offer to honor the shipping date - that would have been the date I'd receive the products had THEY been able to honor the quote they gave me. The final straw was that Patricia made no effort to help me with the price or to encourage me to be a customer. I gave her 3 "Is there anything you can do" opportunities. I told her that she had my quote and email, and if they thought of a way to help me, they could reach out. I didn't hear back. My impression of this company is that they must have more business than they need, and mine was either too much of a hassle or not worth their effort. I am extremely disappointed, but I have come up with a great Plan B and am actually going to save more than a thousand bucks (DIY).

Anna Hernandez was a great help to me. I am not the most gifted do it yourselfer, so I had a LOT of questions! Anna helped me through all the details of measuring and selecting then had patience while we made up our minds. The seats fit and feel great! We were in a hurry having waited as long as we did, but the seats arrived earlier than promised, and removal of the old and Installation of the new seats were very strait-forward! Ms Hernandez was very professional and Shop4Seats delivered exactly what and when she said they would.

I purchased seatcraft Grenada 7000 theatre seating from 4seating.com. The seating is great. I had an issue with the color of our cup holder insert in our love seat arm rest accessory. We called 4seating and spoke to Fernando Reyes who promptly fixed our issue. We also alerted him to the fact we were shorted one tray table insert with our chairs and he resolved that issue as well. Great company to do business with.
