I worked with Clara Hinojosa. She was outstanding. Answered all my questions, offered suggestions and gave me her email in case I had any further questions. She knew her products. Couldn't ask for any better service.

I had a great experience ordering from your company. Especially dealing with Clara. She was very friendly and helpful, and I requested her each time I called because of that. I look forward to receiving my furniture, Thank you Phil

Anna Hernandez was great to work with. She helped me with all my questions. I can hardly see the finished product installed in our RV.

Everyone was very helpful in my buying and purchasing my RV furniture. We are very pleased with quick and timely way they handle all our needs. Richard in Customer Services was so helpful and he definitely went the extra mile in helping us find solutions to our needs

I found Shop4Seats on the internet. Since I live in the area Dario met me at the factory and showed me several examples of their work. He took me to Clara who helped me understand what and how to order the seats I needed for my motorhome. She has been so helpful personalizing the seats just for us! I just received them, as promised, on time. They're gorgeous. Nice detailing. In my opinion much better than the pictures on the internet. And, half the price of re-covering bids I received.

We ordered the most durable seats we could get a hold of according to Shop4Seats website and got exactly what we were after. Beautiful leather captains chairs with durable stitching and attention to detail. More importantly when we had issues with the fitting of the seat bases I spoke with Fernando in the customer service dept. who took a great deal of his time over several days to listen to and address the issues I was having, in the end there was some modification I had to do on my end in order to accommodate what should have been a set of quick bolt in seats. Fernando and his manager Lynn were very understanding of my situation, the time restraints I'm under and the inability to have the vehicle handicapped to allow for any kind of exchange. Lynn and Fernando went out of their way to find resolution with me and to treat my girlfriend and I like valued customers. It's easy to give satisfactory customer service when everything goes as expected, when accidents happen and mistakes are made you find out exactly what kind of company you're doing business with, in this case Lynn and her customer service team maintain a standard of excellence over at Shop4Seats.

Wow I can't believe all the 5 stars. after spending over $4,000 and buying the warranty coverage I am amazed what i have been though. Well first trip out was a 3 week trip with the family. Ordered jack knife sofas for my two boys. Well I am the only one in the family that can open and close the beds because they are sooo stiff. It takes all my might to do so. After 10 days on the road the drawers that I paid a lot for have ripped the sofa material on both of the sofas. After my Trip I called since i had paid $400 for the extended warranty to cover rips, tears, stains etc. Well it has been over two weeks and they still won't give me a answer if they are going to fix these or not. John in customer service has done nothing for me and keeps telling me he will check and for sure give me a call back tomorrow. well that has been going on for 2 weeks now and I still don't have a answer on what they are willing to do. At this point I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and fight the charges. Very poor customer service and the craftmanship is poor also. New sofas shouldn't be ripping. Funny John in customer service said he has never heard of such a thing. I call bull. I have two of them and they both have the same damage. I can't be the only one with this issue. That showed me right there what I was dealing with. Of course John said it was my fault because I didn't pull the handle all the way when I open and close the drawer everytime. Really No directions included saying anything like that. Also that would be the worst design ever to rip the material if people didn't hold that open every time and I am the only one that it has ever happeded too. I call bull again.

OK, the furniture is top notch. Made in the USA, and very good quality. Now, that being said, we did have some problems getting it IN to our MH. The arms of the couch had to come off(>24"). When we unbolted them one of the threads were turning inside the couch(put in when it was built). I had to bet bolt cutters to get it off. So the one arm went back on with 3 bolts. Not a big deal as it's just going to sit there. But going forward I think there needs to be better QC when they set in the threaded inserts. Maybe torque them a few times and then back them out. JMHO.
