Right from the first phone call, any apprehension about buying captains chairs was dissolved. After several calls and texts with Patricia to share measurements, our new chairs were ordered. They arrived on time, and were beautiful! Megan in customer care is to notch! Any concerns I had were immediately attended to by her, and then resolved without hesitation or issue. Shop4Seats is a wonderful place to shop!

Ordered and received two beautiful captains chairs for motorhome. Arrived on time and are of excellent workmanship and materials. We’re very happy. Had follow-up question of Meghan and she was most helpful! Very happy with the products and service.

Megan sent me a copy of my receipt from '21 even before I was finished telling her about our unfortunate motorhome fire. She was amazing.

Had an issue with the dinette table with the mounting hardware. In turn it damaged the top of the table. Call today 22 June and spoke with Megan. A pleasure to deal with, she took care of my issue. Great customer service skills.

We bought captains chairs that we thought would be real leather. They are NOT. Then in spite of that, we needed to match the captains chairs, so we bought the matching dinette set of cushions. Then, again to match, we bought the matching electric recliners. Not only are the recliners uncomfortable, but the electric controls failed in less than one year, and even though shop4seats is replacing the controls (in the backs of the recliners) it will be more than 8 weeks before they can ship the replacements, at exactly the time when we use the RV the most. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! It is a rip-off from start to finish!
