Ordered 2x identical Van seats, but one is a lot softer to sit in. I think this is really annoying. The answer I got when asking why, was ' if the cushion is pressing down more so than another chair we really wouldn’t consider that a defect'. Well, the different is really significantly. I was planning on ordering a couple more, but if the firmness is so random, that is out of the question. Also the cheap china switch for the seat-heater poppet out the first or second time the seat was used. Really quality feel.
