Although I won’t receive the product for several weeks I feel it will be delivered in good order based on working with Jesse V. He spent time with me to insure I would get the right seats and hookups. (Base and seatbelts)

A little late but will see how they install. Bolt pattern seems dead nuts so after unhooking power driver seat writing harness it should pop out. Then mount swivel plate and seat back on it Seems painless Stay tuned

Excellent product but poor customer service. I had to call to get the status of my order several times and when the seats finally arrived one 2 of the 3 pieces were damaged. Since the coach was damaged on the back, I didn't mind it, but there was no compensation for the poor packing. I had to wait over 3 weeks for the replacement chair to come in; again, calling after the expected due date to see when my seat would arrive. Great product, but poor customer service. I tried cancelling my order at the beginning because of the missed shipped date and was told I couldn't because it was being made but hadn't shipped. If you order from Shop4Seats, give them more than enough time to get your order to you.

Mr. Whiting- Shop4Seats is dedicated to building quality furniture and providing excellent customer service. It is unfortunate when a seat has damage or a defect. When this happens, we always do our best to offer a solution to correct the problem, just as we did with the damaged chair that was delivered. Within 24 hours of the report of the damaged chair, a replacement order was entered. This was done due to our commitment of providing the best customer service that we can give. Everyone from the owners to the executive management team, and all the way through every department in the company are hardworking, dedicated, honest employees with integrity. We have a deep desire to always be helpful and strive to learn more so we can better every day.
Clara, was awesome to work with, She knew the products extremely well and it was a true delight to work with her. The only thing I'd like to see is a quicker delivery date. Thank You

At the start of this process i was a little concerned buying captains seats over the web and having them shipped cross country, but my concerns were eased some after the first call to Anna. I recived helpful advice and a quote and decided to go ahead and make a purchase. Seats shipped on the day Anna said they would and were delivered a few days later. No damage everything looked good color, style, and seats are very comfortable. I would definately buy from shop4seats again and would recommend others looking for seating to do so to. Talk to Anna she will take care of you.

Dario has been so good to us. Very helpful and very knowledgable about all the product. This was our second trip there. We ordered everything we needed for our do it yourself motorhome remodel. So far I would definitely recommend them.

Clara was very helpful explaining the sofa I was interested in purchasing. I called numerous times and asked many questions on different sofas and she was always very courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend Shop4Seats to anyone.
