I have been working and dealing with sites for over 15+ years and I haven't found in those years a better support team or even compared to shockhosting. Not only are the prices way beyond affordable, they will in most cases they will do whatever it takes. I often have to remind them how nice of a group of people they are. I have been with them for atleast 4 years now and I refuse to use anyone else now. If anything these guys/gals need more promotion for how amazing they are. 5? More like 10. There isn't anyone even close.
