Shock HostingReviews of shockhosting.com

An AMAZING hosting company who goes above and beyond! This is the best host I have ever had. Their support is top notch, they will go the extra mile for you, and just overall good people to have as support! Thank you all!

Great communication with the sales team and always a quick deployment of new custom orders. The support department is also very good and helped me out with several issues in the past which included communication with 3rd parties which they did in an excellent matter

I have used various web hosts over the years and Shock Hosting stands out for its reliable service. The support team responds quickly and handles issues professionally with courtesy and knowledge. They assisted with my recent website and email migration which went smoothly without problems. The speeds are consistently fast and uptime has been steady without interruptions. The prices provide strong value compared to other hosts I have tried. 5 stars.

Super fast! Easy Migration! Outstanding support! Really a great team from sales to support. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I just migrated my website and emails without a hitch. Speeds are super fast. Can't beat the price and service. 5 Stars plus!!!!!

I am a web designer and have several of my sites hosted with Shock Hosting. I have always been pleased with their prices and support.

Been with this webhost for long time. Their plans so cheap for service you would be actually shocked. I paid a lot more for a lot less. I was with many hosts before and the support sucks. I been having issues lately my stupid wordpress site got hacked with malware and I kept trying fix things than messed up email account you name it these last two weeks been stressful. I'm a painter not some web guy and they always reply fast and do everything they can help. Anyone looking for webhost I highly recommend them your not just a number to them they always reply super fast for someone with all these issues lately that says a lot. One the websites hosted by them is jmpaintingservices.com so you know I'm a real person not just trying plug a company I work for lol.

I bought a lifetime deal through a 3rd party for their service many years ago. That one-time deal made me turn around and buy regular hosting through them for my personal web hosting. And now I have switched my employer's (a media & advertising company) hosting service from Bluehost to Shock Hosting. Most of our domains that were in Wix and GoDaddy are slowly being transferred to Shock. And as far as troubleshooting problems, any time I've had a problem, their support is lighting fast, I don't think I've ever had an issue go longer than 24 hours without being solved. Their tech support people are also polite and kind for some of the questions I've asked.

5/5 Service Only been working with them for a couple of months but the support is really fast it's 24/7 they reply within 10-20 minutes usually, the prices are really good too and the servers are pretty fast, haven't had a problem with them yet, hopefully it will continue like this!
