Fast load, great support.. Been with shockhosting almost a year, so far no problem.. fast load, excellent support.

I've been using ShockHosting over the last year or so on 3 different websites. They all load quickly and work incredibly well. Today, I had a problem with a connection issue with a plugin I was using and they helped me fix it as close to instant as possible. Their support is really friendly, helpful and responsive, and I wanted to share my experience here because they made me really happy!

They've been nothing but helpful when it came to Support via their ticket system and replying within a timely fashion.
