Price was better than I thought. The when I was able to talk to Tom once we decided to place the order, I was even more confident. The videos that were sent from SACD were great and very helpful. Pick up driver was great and they contacted us prior to pick up an delivery with enough time to prepare. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. We had a change of address for delivery and that wasn't even a problem! Highly recommend them!

Constant good on time service

I was a bit concerned about having my Jetta shipped across the USA. I did my home-work and must have checked out more than a dozen organizations. One promised this and another promised that. After several weeks of research, I believed that I located the BEST company - Ship A Car Direct! Their honest and direct approach worked great, my Jetta was picked up without any problems and delivery was earlier than told - Jetta arrived in exactly the same condition as it was picked up. We shipped our car from Colorado to Brooklyn, NY to replace our daughter's car, which had been totaled. Matt was extremely helpful throughout the process, answering all our questions, keeping us posted while he searched for a carrier, and providing good advice. The carrier was very professional, and gave us accurate information about when to meet him to pick up the car and when he would drop it off. We were concerned about his ability to bring the truck into NYC for drop off, but he drove the car into the city instead. Everything went smoothly and the car arrived in excellent shape. We would use this service again.

Bought the car in FL, shipped it to CO. I was concerned about any damage occuring before I even got to drive it. Ship a car direct was professional and helpful. Car arrived on time and in great condition. Delivery was about 6 hours later than initial delivery call indicated, but overall no problems.
