Great communication. Overall in dealing with car shipping services a few times they were the most responsive and didn’t surprise me with additional charges at delivery.

The communication was excellent. They were available to answer questions and to keep me informed as the process moved forward. When a storm delayed the car being delivered by a day the carrier contacted me and assured me he would be on the road as soon as the storm passed. He was and the car was delivered without incident. I had a great experience and would use them again.

Jennifer was great t explaining the process of transporting my car from Hawaii to the East coast. She was clear in her communication regarding pricing & potential changes due to trucking demand. Fortunately my price did not increase. Jennifer also answered the many questions I had and kept me informed of what I needed to do. I was never harassed by her or the company unlike other brokers/truck companies.

The whole process was simple. Scott made sure I informed of where we were in the process. The company worked with my family member and me for pickup and delivery. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again, I will definitely use this company again.

Ship A Car Direct provided constant contact and updates in the form of emails and text messages from a dedicated service representative. Clear explanations of any issues with scheduling and logistics. Matt made things right at every hurdle given the extreme current demand for auto transportation. Pricing was fair and the overall process was seamless. We would absolutely recommend using their service.

I had a disappointing experience with Ship A Car Direct. I chose to use Ship A Car Direct based on ChatGPT's recommendation. I booked my vehicle shipment through them, and ALEDI LLC was assigned as the carrier. A few days before the pickup date, ALEDI contacted me and said their truck had a "clutch failure" and they could not pick up my vehicle within the agreed pickup window. I immediately contacted Ship A Car Direct regarding the situation, and their representative told me that they should be able to find another carrier quickly. Unfortunately, they failed to secure a replacement carrier before the pickup window ended, and I eventually had to cancel the shipment and start over with another broker. This caused significant delays and inconvenience for me. Communication was also frustrating. There were several times when I called or messaged but could not reach anyone, and there were also times when I was told someone would call me back but never received a call. They did refund my deposit after I canceled, which I appreciate. But in my case, they did not do much beyond what I would expect from an ordinary broker. When the carrier they assigned couldn't fulfill the order, I needed them to step in and solve the problem, but that didn't happen. Based on my experience, I would not use Ship A Car Direct again.
